Bad Management

The management just seems either incompetent or intentionally malicious. They have failed to provide a basic minimum of service, like notifying us when changes to building are being made (like having your locks changed) or providing the number of keys one needs to get into their home.

Do not rent here, or from any building managed by Chosan.

Neglectful Mangement

The apartment building is not finished and the management company does not seem in a hurry to finish it. Expect appliances not to work, the lobby alarm to be constantly going off, for the proper number of keys to not be provided if you don't live alone, etc.
