Lived +6 years here, do not move here

Laundry units and elevator broke frequently and stay broken for weeks each time they are out of service. Issues with mold, leaks, multiple break ins at communal parking garage, piles of trash overflowing, tick infestation in the garage, I literally can go on. My parents still lives here, but my last straw was when they refused to take accountability for the broken laundry unit and told my parents to use the units on other floors. If you don't believe me, try talking to some of the existing... tenants there. Most of them aren't in financial standing to move out so willingly and have to face all this mess daily. Avoid this place at all cost.
