Avoid Arancia – Especially Because of the Staff

The biggest issue here is the staff, especially James. During the tour, James was all smiles, extremely accommodating, and went out of his way to upsell the property—talking about “quick maintenance,” “responsive management,” and “premium service.” But the second you sign the lease, the entire tone changes. Suddenly, it feels like you're just another number. No more friendly service—just cold, dismissive, and borderline rude interactions. It’s unprofessional and honestly, insulting.

Maintenance… requests? Forget it. They take weeks—sometimes months—to even respond, even after multiple follow-ups. You’re constantly chasing them down for basic issues like plumbing, appliances, or AC. It’s exhausting and shows a complete lack of care for residents' comfort or safety.

We’re not asking for VIP treatment—we just want to be treated with basic respect as paying tenants. Sadly, Arancia fails miserably at that. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Horrible Place to Live!

If you’re looking for a place where management is unresponsive, maintenance requests go unanswered for months, and you’re treated more like a squatter than a tenant, Arancia Apartments is the perfect nightmare.

The rental portal for maintenance issues? Useless. Expect to wait indefinitely for even the most basic repairs. Frequent alarm triggers disrupt your peace, and for the price you’re paying, you’d expect at least some amenities—but there are none.

Management has no sense of decency or… respect for tenants. If you want to throw your money away on frustration and neglect, this is the place. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

The property management doesn’t care

While the building is OK, for the most part. They lack amenities, and there’s frequent drug use by transients in the back by the garage. The apartment itself is livable.

That is until something happens, the property staff will ignore your texts or calls and even if it’s a serious situation will tell you to figure out the issue yourself. It’s always so disappointing when this happens.

I would avoid this place.
