I lived here from Fall of 18 to Fall of 19
I will say this apartment is in easy walking distance to a grocery store, boba shop and a couple of eating places. It has laundry in the basement which is fairly well kept and uses an app to pay. My apartment was on the first floor and I loved the aesthetics of the apartment and high ceilings. However, I did get all of the road noise and smells from outside since there was no AC or window unit. I would feel comfortable moving back if I ever needed. I did feel comfortable in the neighborhood. I... would just try to pick a unit which didn't face the main street next time. During my time, I had no issues and only moved to be a bit closer to work.
