Ongoing problems here are not being addressed in any meaningful way by management. Fire alarms go off randomly and there is no follow-up explaining causes or prevention. The property feels unsecured, with homeless individuals frequently entering common areas. Elevator outages happen often, creating serious ADA accessibility concerns.

Elevator and spa breaks down constantly. Fire alarms all around the building and in the rooms go off all the time for no reason. Expect homeless people outside the building constantly. If not for these issues, it would be a great place to live.

Be aware of your neibors who might be the thieves that steal your belongings, your motorcycles, and anything else. And don’t even bother to tell the office, cuz they don’t do anything to this situations.
