DO NOT MOVE HERE
This place is the absolute worst management in Los Angeles. Communication between management and resident is terrible.Myself and several other tenants complained for several days about the music in one apartment and management refused to help or listen.
Management will send notice of working being done at the community and nothing will ever happen. Example the 1st and 2nd floor smell like dog pee for a year and they have not done anything about it .

City Life, Great Building
Have lived here for years. Living in DTLA there are things you can expect from city life but the tranquil interior of the building and the security guard at the front are top notch.
Highly recommend.

Dirty, unkept, noisy neighborhood
We’ve lived here a few years and are waiting on our lease to end so we can move.
The common areas are dirty. The neighborhood is noisy with people blasting music, fireworks, parties. The building fire alarms go off every month or so and drives everyone crazy.
It’s not what it used to be, especially with all of the amenities closed.

GOING DOWNHILL
They have reduced security, they refuse to accept packages at the front, resulting in multiple stolen packages. They do not enforce pet policies, allowing animals to roam not on leashes, causing my dog to be attacked. They raise the rent every year, and have removed many basic inspections and offerings. I do not recommend this apartment

Not safe
Shootings nearby, multiple homeless encampments, multiple burglaries and break-ins (read other reviews below). Do not recommend, look elsewhere.
