The building feels safe. When I travel and return I don't have to worry about my mail being stolen, even if it sits in front of my door for a couple of days. However, the homeless close to the metro station at night does scare me a little at night when I need to use back elevator.

Management and security are so kind and helpful. They make sure you have everything you need once you're ready to move in. Amenities are awesome; in-unit laundry, new appliances, gated underground parking, and even an ice maker in the fridge! The location is also hard to beat, right next to the Metro train station where you can explore LA car-free; no more worrying about parking.
