No pest issue
~Chilly inside on cooler days/nights.
~No cabinet storage or fan in the bathroom, but some shelves, a good towel rack, and built-in space for products in the tub.
~Living room & kitchen lights are a bit dim
-Noise can be heard inside. Front door & windows don't have a good sound barrier.
-W/D combo only does ~1/4 size load of standard W/D or ~1/3 of a 27" L by 18" W by 12" D basket. Limited dry options. Some apts have a stacked w/d combo.

Living here feels safe. The residents are all great, the security of the building is by far the best selling point. And it’s centrally located to pretty much everything. Shopping, entertainment, you name it!

Fantastic neighbors in the building, management team is very dog friendly and they spoil our pup! Just wish we had some of the amenities we originally had when we moved in - mainly the night security because the unhoused have pushed more into the area and it’s becoming more dangerous around this corner of the block.

Brownstone was just what I was looking for. It is located close to downtown, Sunset bars and restaurants, and Dodger stadium. Includes assigned parking spaces.
