Very happy with move to 1 bedroom. Saw previous reviews and yes it’s an older building. Hopefully construction work will be completed soon and not too disruptive. Tina - property Manager has been the best to work with. Responsive and helped 100%

Awful construction, terrible customer service
They started construction work to improve balconies and replace the roof - the disruption to my apartment was estimated to last 6 weeks but it has been three and a half months and there's no sign of it ending. My balcony and parking space have been out of action this entire time. They are still banging and drilling on my walls every day from 8am to 5pm. I WFH and it has been impossible. Termites. Asbestos. Management don't care. Stay away.

I went to tour the apartment complex and was shocked how old and dirty the place looked. These pictures online are not representative of the complex or the vibe of the place.
