This is a beautiful gated community with a lush garden feel. Apartment is central to all things on the west side. Easy freeway access, down the street, short commutes to Century City, Westchester, Santa Monica, Venice ( 3.5 miles from the front door)... , Marina Del Rey, Westwood and Culver City. Dogs and cats are allowed with a one time pet deposit. Local dog park is a 10 minute walk down the street.Laundry on site ( 24 hour access)with 2 washers and 2 dryers that are regularly maintained by our maintenance crew. All units have newly renovated wood floors, new paint, new fixtures and Stainless Steel appliances. Fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher included . We offer one gated spot, and a storage bin.

Horrible

Manager on site is nice, but the landlord/management company is horrible. Very rude and takes forever to answer you. Not to mention, how outdated everything is; from a paper application to needing to followup myself on the new unit.
I am currently living here and my fiance and I attempted to upgrade to the 2 bedroom and after 2 weeks of back and forth (providing everything they needed and more) we were inevitably denied w/o an explanation. Be careful and do your research. This is not where you... want to move.
