CentrePointe Apartments

Lived here for 3 years, and only moved away to room with a friend of mine (to end up saving 33% on rent) and to be closer to my work.

The management here was top notch and the property was clean and well-maintained. I never had any issue with management or other residents and never had any issues with rodents or insects across the entire apartment complex.

Lucia (property manager) and Doug (property owner) are the superheroes of this property and were always available, well-informed on the... comings and goings of the apartment complex, and went out of their way to help everyone.

My biggest takeaways are the proactive/available maintenance crew, the proximity to downtown Culver City, the central location to all of West LA (10 - 20 mins from Century City, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Westwood, Mar Vista, Sawtelle and Santa Monica), the on-site gym, and the massive underground garage and Amazon Locker setup.

I lived at CentrePointe from 2020 until Fall 2025 and only moved because we needed a three-bedroom apartment. My husband and I would have loved to stay—our five years there were truly great.

The management team is exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and helpful. They’re incredibly accessible by phone, email, or in person, and the office being open seven days a week was a huge plus.

The maintenance team is also top-notch—quick to respond and often able to resolve issues the same day, even... on weekends.

We moved into CentrePointe a little less than a year ago and we have been so happy. The apartment itself is spacious and perfect for our family. Management is always friendly, responsive, and helpful. Lucia and Doug have always helped us out when needed. We also love the walkability of the community. We would recommend living here to anyone!

I have lived here for 3 years and it has been a great experience. The property is clean and secure, they often update and upgrade communal areas, maintenance is very responsive and easy to work with, and the on site management really is helpful. They communicate frequently and proactively. I have to move for work/ family, and I am so sad to have to find another place to live because I have never had a management company actually care about their tenants the way that this place does. We lived at CentrePointe for two years, early 2022-2024. It has been the best place I've lived in LA. Unlike many of the new complexes popping up, the construction at CentrePointe is very solid. In our previous building, the walls were so thin we could literally hear our neighbors having conversations, so it was super important to us that our next apartment had good sound isolation. At CentrePointe, our neighbors could have a party without the sound traveling to our unit.

Maintenance requests... were always dealt with promptly (usually within 1-2 days). We also really love the community, and we miss hanging out with Lucia and Doug in the front office! They're the best! Blanca is an angel! These apartments aren't the cheapest in the area (they're also not the most expensive), but for the space, amenities, and location, they're kind of a steal.
