CentrePointe Apartments

I'm rarely compelled to leave any kind of review, however, this complex warrants it! I currently live here (lived here before many years ago as well!) and I cannot say enough about the management here! They are courteous, professional, friendly and make living here a special experience. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. My neighbors are fantastic and the vibe here is exceptional:) Highly recommend this place!

What an apartment complex. In my 10 years of living in LA I’ve been in 6 different apartments and what sets this place apart is customer service. Every apartment has its fair share of problems but NOBODY has handled them as swiftly as the management at CentrePointe. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs a raise.

Our family lived here for less than a year—but we were so sad to leave! The property is definitely a bit dated, but it has been kept up well (including updated finishings in the kitchen) and the amenities (pool, hot tub) are great and well loved by many residents. We enjoyed the townhouse style layout of the 2 bed 2 bath apartment.

But the thing that really sets this place apart is the management. Positive reviews about the management are what convinced us to move here to begin with, and it… was the best decision we could have made. We cannot say enough good things about Lucia and Doug who are so kind and responsive. They really make this place feel like a community; they know all the residents’ names and really do go out of their way to work with you on everything from maintenance issues to packages, etc. For example, they were so supportive and understanding of working around the fact that we had a newborn baby when we had some maintenance issues in the apartment. So far so good, I'm extremely excited to make my way out of my parents house for the second time. Finding a place was NOT easy but from my experience on my in person tour and through email and phone communications with the leasing office I'm happy to say I found a perfect 1 bed apartment for myself. The application process was super smooth!
