Beautiful place to live
I lived at Eddy for over a year and I've had great experiences living here. I love all the amenities and the community. The location is walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants and grocery stores. Also, being around other creatives is also a plus.

Thought it was too good to be true
I moved to LA from out of state right before COVID hit expecting to stay at Eddy for a couple of months until I found a more permanent place.
It’s been such a blessing! I have made so many friends. As a creative, it’s the greatest place to find other like-minded people to collaborate with.
There’s a gym, coworking space, media rooms, recording studio, and more! Really thankful I found Eddy when I did!
