The apartment was remodeled, but still has problems with roaches! I was told there weren't any when I signed the contract but they are coming from cracks all over the place. Rent is already high and to having to spend extra on roach control really stinks. It is summer and it is a complete hot box, no lie! We have a wall unit to "cool" off the place but after 5 minutes of being on it turns into warm air. The refrigerator that came with the apartment has broken down three times and lots of food... and money were wasted, and that is tough when you have four mouths to feed. It was fixed I have to say. The parking garage stinks like rotten eggs and my parking spot constantly has brown stuff leaking from the wall. Some of the tenants don't care about where they live, so the elevator is always dirty and so are the hallways. I wonder if the owners of the building would enjoy their stay here! I do have to say the manager is great and responds to tenants needs in a timely manner, and is very helpful.
