Great location, OK Everything else...
As far as Los Angeles goes, the location is amazing. West LA, but not too west that it becomes difficult to get anywhere. 5 minutes to Culver City, 20 minutes to downtown (no freeway needed), 15 minutes to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to the valley (again no freeway needed!) The only down side is that the units are old, and they feel old. Old carpeting, old appliances, old cabinets. My fridge in my unit looks like its been here since 1997. You are paying for location. Additionally, the... tenants tend to be on the older side, so this is not an ideal place to throw social gatherings, etc. Very sweet manager and management team, they are lovely people. Overall a nice place and affordable rent -- places across the streets are charging twice as much!
