I reached out to schedule a showing and they were able to get me a showing the same day, which was very convenient for my situation.
They listened to my needs and the communication was very clear and quick.
They were able to get me into an apartment in a timely manner and showed concern for my needs. I definitely recommend talking to Luca or Nate.

Management team is kind, maintenance is fast (like next day or same-day fast!), and for the most part it's quiet! The application process was made easy by Nate. He sent photos and videos of the place, which made me feel super comfortable and allowed me to plan in advance. Thank you HOV and team for the great experience!

The leasing office was supper nice and helpful honestly couldn’t ask for a better team.

El servicio fue excelente y lo que le da un plus es los empleados que me trataron con mucha amabilidad lastima que no pude mudarme por que solo podía quedarme un mes en Hollywood pero para la próxima cuando ya me mude aquí permanentemente es ahí donde voy a vivir,

I’ve come this place twice and told them I have fish tank and dog and they say it’s okay to have these just send out a application first.
After I spend 40 of none-refundable application fee and application approved, they ask me come to their leasing office again for a copy of my ID.
The day I get their leasing office which is an hour and half away from where I live now, they tell me they not sure about fish and gonna call me later.
After two hours they called me that they don’t allow any... fish tank in the building, what a JOKE :( Read More
