I’ve been incredibly happy living at Hope + Flower. The location is unbeatable — steps from LA Live, the Historic Core, and right in the heart of vibrant South Park, which always feels safe thanks to the neighborhood patrol. The amenities are next level: multiple pools and hot tubs, a beautiful gym, and beautifully designed interior / exterior spaces that make it feel like living at a resort every day.

What truly sets Hope + Flower apart is the staff. They go above and beyond for residents. I... experienced this firsthand when I had a dispute with a towing company. Management stepped in on my behalf and helped secure a refund for a towing fee that resulted from an honest mistake. That kind of support is rare, and it’s what makes this community feel like home. Hope + Flower is the epitome of Luxury living. Not only that the architecture of the building is phenomenal, but also the ambience and the warm demeanor of the staff made my stay here extra special. Huge shoutout to Iris Bowen, who got me the best deal possible! She is well spoken, honest and extremely dependable! If you are ready to join the community, I highly recommend Iris — to help guide and find you your perfect home.

The property at Hope + Flower is awesome with state-of-the-art rooms and amenities. Kimberly L. was an amazing tour guide and leasing consultant. She answered all of our questions and even stayed past her working hours to help us complete our application. I cannot thank Kimberly enough for her help.

We recently moved into this fantastic complex, and we're beyond impressed with everything it has to offer. From the impeccable amenities to the tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking views, it's been an absolute pleasure living here!

Special thanks to Garrett, our leasing consultant, for his outstanding support throughout the application process. His assistance was invaluable, from answering all our questions to seamlessly managing our move, even when we changed our minds about the apartment. It... was swift, efficient, and stress-free thanks to him.

I also want to express my gratitude to Gabriel from the residence team, who made our move-in stage smooth and hassle-free with his assistance and orientation.

And also the exceptional heroes here are the maintenance team, particularly Jeremy. After lodging a request, Jeremy promptly addressed all seven issues we had, resolving them efficiently within a couple of hours. His professionalism was evident, going above and beyond by even painting the ceiling in one spot (I was surprised because our previous complex maintenance did it in 2 weeks).

In summary, the team at Hope and Flower is exceptional. They are always ready to assist, ensuring that any challenges during the move-in or living process are swiftly resolved, leaving residents satisfied.

Complex, amenities, location, etc. for us is 5 stars without exceptions, but the real treasure here - is the team! Highly recommended!

I had high hopes for this apartment complex, given its excellent facilities and building structure. However, the entire approval process turned out to be an absolute nightmare due to the incompetence and disorganization of the staff and the manager.

1. After enduring two weeks of chaos, being tossed from one consultant to another, and facing delays where I had to wait for document approvals because "my approval manager fell ill," I reached the pinnacle of frustration.
2. The return of our 2nd... leasing consultant, who requested the reloading of all statements several times, was far from smooth. Astonishingly, they only considered only a fraction of my income (apparently, it was too much trouble for them to review statements thoroughly and see 2nd part of my income), leading to an outright rejection without any attempt to find a solution.
3. Alright, I pointed out the oversight, and we reapplied. To his credit, our leasing onsultant swiftly resolved the issues ( sending me three assurances that we were APPROVED (that he received from his manager), and everything was in order. However, the following three days brought to silence, and as I anticipated the lease, when we talked about the discounts he unexpectedly informed me that we were CONDITIONALLY APPROVED and needed to pay a deposit FOUR TIMES HIGHER (again, after 3 times when he said that we were APPROVED and 3 days of silence, wtf??). This, to me, was the epitome of manipulation, unprofessionalism, and sheer incompetence on the part of this building's management.

f you state one deposit amount and change it days after approval, it's a manipulative and dishonest strategy, and seems like the management of Onni using this strategy.

Ultimately, they wasted almost three weeks of our time, consistently and multiple times demonstrating unprofessionalism and disorganization.

We decided to send them packing and explore another building where we received approval in 1 week without any troubles and unprofessionalism it.

Moreover, as I later discovered from genuine owner reviews, my suspicions were not unfounded. The management consistently handles tenant issues poorly and engages in shady practices. I am determined to ensure that this manager faces accountability for their actions.

P.S. It seems like the manager of our leasing consultant has to train his management and resolving issues skills, it's your job, buddy. Dislike Read More
