You get what you pay for

The buidling has a bedbug problem. Heat IS NOT provided. Water temperature is not consistent in the shared bathrooms, sometimes not even hot. A few times, the water has been turned off with no warning to tenants. No notifications are sent out for mail packages; you just have to know when it has arrived to pick up from the office. Elevator breaks down at least twice a month. Location is NOT handicapped accessible (I say that because of how often the elevator breaks down. One time it was down for… an entire holiday weekend.) Management rarely responds to any emails. Don't bother calling; calls are never returned. If you want an appointment, your best bet is to show up in person when someone is actually there and make one. Then hope they actually show up for the appointment.

No insects, rodents, regular trash service, cleaning in hallways, toilet. Got all my $ back.

Very Affordable Given the Location

In the heart of downtown by the corporate buildings in the Old Banking District. Great for single people in their twenties or early thirties needing their own place. It’s very affordable just a very small space. I would recommend buying a bunk bed and futon couch combo to fit comfortably. I just paid for an efficiency studio which is great for one person without breaking the bank. Should be able to pay your car note, Insurance, and food comfortably after paying rent (utilities included).

just watch out....

Everything that "huntington apartments do not trust the pics" said is a fact. The one thing it didn't mention is that they do steal your deposit...I've lived there for a year. It was ok but you're paying $120 a month for your car to be parked in a local parking spot which has nothing to do with Huntington by the way. But more importantly, get the original copy of everything you signed...I resigned a second 6 months from october to march (which is clearly 6 months) and when I moved out in APRIL.… ..they said that I broke my lease...Where?!?! So be careful to not let that happen. Ive heard that they've done that to several people and not just me. Just beware...I'm giving it ONE STAR to get your attention so you can not allow yourself to be another victim!

The Huntington Apartments

These are not good apartments. They are in a dangerous area of downtown Los Angeles and the apartment building is unclean.
