    Don't do it

    Property Management, Carter Inc, is insanely unresponsive.

    If you are a tenant, 98% of your emails will be ignored. If you have any billing concerns you will be forced to go to small claims.

    Security is rarely around after hours and I've personally caught homeless breaking into the property.

    Trash property management. Don't do it.
