This place is nice and clean, and tenants seem to be nice as well Staff sometimes can have an attitude, not everyone just a select few and also watch your mail/packages very closely, they tend to get stolen a lot.

Verified Renter

It has been very difficult to reach anyone in the leasing office. I have called multiple times since last Friday, including today, but no one has answered or returned my calls.

Additionally, the lock on the gate door between the elevator in Building B (CVS side) and the resident parking lot has been changed without any prior notice. I was not provided with a new key and only discovered the change when my key stopped working.

Because of this, I now have to walk a long way around just to get to… my car, which has caused me significant inconvenience.

This lack of communication is very concerning, and I would appreciate a prompt response.

I have lived here at La Plaza for 4 months and I am very pleased. Amenities are great and the proximity to major freeways makes my life a lot easier. Parking and security are also great perks.
