We just moved in (family of 4), but so far the experience has been really positive. Priscilla and Richard have been very communicative and have done a great job explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand. Any issues that have come up have been addressed quickly, and they've been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Looking forward to settling in and seeing how everything continues to go!

Great Fit
The 2 bed 2 bath apartment has been great for me and my girlfriend. All appliances have worked well and the complex is in a great location. Priscilla helped make our move in process a breeze, and the rest of the staff has been great.

Love where we live!!
My partner and I just moved here and we absolutely LOVE it. Great location and overall good vibes all around. We also had the best move in process thanks to Priscilla! She was so informative and helped us every step of the way. Highly recommend Legacy!

Perfect for 2!
Moved here with my cousin and was the perfect setup with a 2 bed 2 bath. Had great privacy with still a spacious living room. Kitchen area was a little smaller than I’m used to but the appliances were all new.
Management was quick to respond to things and generally resolved issues timely.

Avoid at All Costs!!
My roommate and I lived here for 13 months and it was an absolute nightmare. Unresponsive management to our maintenance requests. Too months to get a response. Tenants are the worst! Clogging the trash chutes, banging on the floors, extremely loud music past 10pm, arguing can be heard at 3am from the upstairs family that just moved in. (Avoid unit 307)! Upstairs and downstairs neighbors have no respect about the noise they make and yes, it is at ALL HOURS of the night and day! Paint on the walls... was given no sealed layer so walls are scuffed by just about anything. The bolt of the front door is so easy to unlock / easy for break in. Speaking of, my roommate’s car was broken into the first 2 weeks we lived here from Simone who was let into the building before by one of the tenants. He hopped the property fence, broke into and vandalized 5 cars. ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK, I repeat, DOES NOT work after it rains. It goes into “safety mode” and doesn’t get repaired for days sometimes weeks!!! Good luck hauling things if you’re above the first floor.
