Good experience

It was a pleasure living here,
Have never had an issue, neighbors are friendly, staff is great whenever maintenance is needed, always fast, resourceful and respectful of being in your space!

Terrible Management

Stay away! That night, at least 3 cars were broken into in a gated parking while security was present in the building. Absolutely not safe. They don't have the necessary cameras and can't spot the theft. That's one of many times and not the first time.

No one had even called me back from the management when I reported that -- reckless unwillingness and ignorance with this kind of issue.

Pick your safety over whatever deal they can offer, and stay away.

The management is lying to residents.… THey just started the construction without proper notification, and there's no way you can sit thru it because if feels like they're drilling right into your head. Just don't care about tenants at all.

A Great Place To Call Home

So far, I have been very impressed with my experience. Carmen & Nina care and attention appears as a game-changer and a high bar for other leasing management in LA.

The on-site walkthrough was GREAT. Carmen was VERY friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable about the property. She kept me up-to-date with the current status of the application. And she is always working with a positive attitude. That really helped my decision to move forward with my application. THANK you for that!

Nina was… VERY responsive and communicative via email. she scheduled my visits, answered questions and was always friendly so THANK you for that!

The apartment is gorgeous and very spacious. It is newly remodeled and the VIEW is UNBELIEVABLE.

Industrial-Styled Hollywood High-rise Luxury Apartments

If you're looking for a place that offers comfort and safety in a perfectly convenient location, then this building is ideal. Located in the heart of Hollywood, this building is just a quick walk from shops, amazing restaurants, theatres, the historic Walk of Fame, and plenty more venues for nightlife adventures.

The building has floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views and plenty of natural sunlight. The common areas are finely maintained and includes a large patio with a pool, gas… fire pit, grills, lounge chairs and dining tables, all set above ground-level with panoramic views of Downtown's skyline.
