Small kitchen

I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with my daughter. It's a cute little place but the kitchen is tiny. We don't have a dishwasher, very little counter space, and terrible appliances. It's hard for me to cook in such a small space.
Also my parking space is a joke. My car doesn't even fit in it so I end up searching for street parking every day.
It's also impossible to get the manager to schedule repairs. We've had a broken bathroom sink for 3 months :(
