Not worth your money
The apartment is not bad but the building is dirty. Management is a joke, nobody answers when you need maintenance. Laundry room was down several times nobody notifies you. You just put your laundry in start the cycle and then discover the machines need maintenance. My heater wasn’t working turns out there’s a hole in the wall which makes it turn off when there’s wind outside. They fixed it twice. The 3rd time (that was 6months in) nobody answered. If they fixed the hole in the wall I wouldn't... have to contact them every month to turn it on. Also there’s a huge bug problem in the whole bldg and the apartment. Contacted the manager he said he would send pest control. Never happened even tho we are charged for that every month. Even tried to contact alpine properties several times no answer. For the price it’s definitely not worth it!

Not worth it
The leasing management for this company is absolutely terrible. They have no compassion for anyone but themselves and they only care about what THEY want from YOU, leasing companies like them are the reason homelessness is such a big disaster in Los Angeles right now! Prioritizing the WRONG things shame on them.

It's not that great, just aight
This place is neither great nor bad place to live. It is just ok. They said there's no roaches but I caught a few. They did the pest control for my unit and there's no roaches recently so I guess it's fine. Super thin floors and doors. You can hear footsteps very well. In terms of security, I am not too sure since some people knocked my door and ran away or tried to open my door few times even though this apartment is gated. I asked the manager (the manager changed three times already since I... moved, less than half year) to check the cctv, but they said there was no strangers but idk. At least there was no thief or stolen packages. The front gate is always smelly since there's trash can next to it. I don't think this is the best place to live but it is just ok to live for a bit.
