Chris, thank you for answering the phone on Mother's Day, and showing us a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms apartment. We were shocked anyone would answer our phone call on a special day like Mother's Day because we had called 4 other apartment building numbers and you were the only one that answered. You were more than gracious, attentive, and professional!

Chris, you have made this process of finding an apartment easy. You went way beyond the call of duty in your explanation of the various features... for a 2+2 apartment, and what specific information was needed to rent an apartment. We really appreciated your patience and vast knowledge of the apartment business. Most importantly, you came across with integrity.

I've been here for about a year and I love this place. The building is really safe. The manager is super friendly and outgoing. He even brings my packages to my door if they're left in the lobby. Any time I have a problem, I just text him and it's taken care of almost same day. It's really nice having someone who cares in charge.

Been here for a couple of years now and the manager is on point! Whatever problem you have, he handles it same day. The last place I lived, it would take like a week for anything to get done if at all. Always had to nag for bare minimum. Not here. Manager is on top of it. Security is tight. Neighbors are nice. Building is always clean. Strongly recommend.
