Infested with cockroaches - extremely rude management
Do not even consider this place. It is severely infested with cockroaches, among other severe maintenance issues, and management will bully and belittle anyone who tries to speak up about it.
Very soon after we started leasing in January 2026, we were seeing cockroaches daily in our apartment. Not just a few here and there, but 5-10 + cockroaches every single day.
We notified management as soon as we noticed this issue. The on-site manager was very kind, but he only had pest control come do... a basic spray, which does nothing for severe infestations.
After three rounds of pest spray, there were still just as many cockroaches as before. Not to mention a leak in the ceiling that began growing mold, which maintenance never came to fix despite multiple requests.
At this point we asked to break our lease, and I had to speak with the supervising manager, and good lord, she was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. Extremely condescending, constantly interrupting me. She even insulted the on-site manager to me behind his back.
They offered to let us move into another unit in the same building, but emphasized that they wouldn't let us break the lease if any more maintenance issues came up there. Acting like they were offering us some huge favor here.
When I tried to tell the supervising manager how unhappy I was with the way we'd been treated, she immediately interrupted me and raised her voice at me. I literally had to hang up on her because she kept interrupting and yelling at me.
Ultimately they let us break the lease and move out, because they knew this place was legally uninhabitable. Truly the worst apartment experience I've ever had.
