Not Recommended

Do you like living in a never ending construction zone? Going on 8 months now...yay! Then this is the place for you! Get ready for workers setting off the fire alarm, water constantly being shut off and pool? - also no... but don't worry the "owners" take care of their tenants for making them live in unsafe living conditions - just kidding they don't. If you are looking for a place that cares, then look further..I mean a lot further.

Hello!

We're truly sorry that our renovations have been an inconvenience to you. The work you're discussing reflects the currently ongoing upgrades that we're making to the building, both to the rear pool area and also to the entrance and lobby. Our… goal in these projects is that, when this is complete, both should look more beautiful and inviting than ever. Our goal, generally, is to have zero deferred maintenance - so you may, indeed, see work around the property from time to time.

As this work is still in progress, you may encounter workers or tools within the building at this time. This is to be expected. However, if you do ever encounter what you think is an unsafe living condition, Please let us know immediately. We aren't aware of any issues at this time, but take the safety of our tenants extremely seriously. Please let us know however is convenient.
