The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other essentials nearby. I also appreciate that the property feels safe and quiet, especially in the evenings.

The apartments themselves are modern, with good layouts and decent finishes. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly, which is something I always look for in a place to live.

The building is clean, well maintained, and the common areas are always kept in good condition. Management has been responsive whenever I've had questions, and the move-in process was straightforward.

I had a very frustrating experience with this property. I applied after touring and was upfront about needing to move early from my current apartment due to safety concerns and ongoing illegal activity there.

I was told I was approved based on credit, but they wanted to verify rental history. I explained that my current landlord is unresponsive and difficult to reach, and offered to provide alternative documentation (payment records, etc.). Instead of working with me, they told me they would… cancel my application if they couldn’t get in contact with my landlord—something completely out of my control.

I made multiple attempts to follow up, asked to speak with management, and tried calling the office several times, but was ignored. Meanwhile, they moved forward with another applicant and effectively dismissed my application without giving me a fair opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

They kept my application fee, despite not making a good faith effort to process my application or communicate with me. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
