If I could give ten stars I would!

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in! Amazing management, super tight security, and overall a tightly run ship. Anytime I had maintenance issues they were resolved in less than 48 hours, I had every question and issue outlined to me by Carlitos (property manager) and he treated me with respect and kindness, something I don't get as a younger renter in DTLA. Units are super spacious with completely new appliances, new paint, and everything you possibly need to make it a home. This… street can get absolutely crazy with the club across the street and there was multiple times the security helped me out of a sticky situation with shady characters trying to follow me inside. Building is very quiet, very chill, and overall a great place to stay in DTLA. Carlitos is the best property manager I've ever had, and I'm honestly sad I have to move! Highly recommended.

Bad Management

Our contact at Premiere Towers kept telling us that we were on track to sign the lease, then suddenly started ignoring our calls. We had to resort to calling from another line, and he told us he already gave the place to someone else weeks ago. Now I'm stuck without an apartment, just because they refused to be honest with us. You don't want to deal with this place.

Premiere Towers in the Heart of DTLA

This is one of the best apartment in downtown LA! The location can not be beat. It is on Spring Street, and is walking distance from some of the best restaurants, bars, boutiques and of course, the Metro station. The management staff are friendly and extremely helpful, often resolving maintenance problems on the same day. There is a rooftop patio that is perfect for lounging with friends (and playing life-size chess!) on hot summer nights. Definitely check this apartment out if you love city… life and appreciate the architecture of historic buildings.

Located in the heart of Spring Street, the Premiere Towers are beautiful living spaces right next to all the downtown hot spots. The staff is quick and responsive to any problems.
