Rose Flower by Wiseman

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Rose Flower by Wiseman has been extremely stressful.

Within roughly two months of moving in, we experienced multiple sewage backup incidents involving toilets and bathtubs, including flooding and strong sewage odors inside the unit. One incident also involved a live mouse found in the bathroom during the backup, along with mouse droppings throughout the space.

Although maintenance and plumbers were sent each time, the issues have continued... recurring, and I still have serious concerns about the condition of the plumbing system and long-term habitability of the unit.

The repeated backups, sanitation concerns, and lack of a permanent resolution have created an incredibly stressful living situation for me and my elderly parents. I have documented the incidents through work orders, emails, photos, and videos.

I strongly encourage future tenants to thoroughly inspect the building and ask detailed questions about plumbing history and maintenance before signing a lease. Read More

Theres a pool and jacuzzi that doesn't work and there is a sauna room that doesn't work so they blocked access to it. They maintain the property well but they keep raising the rent every couple of months, and by $300 at a time.
