Stay Away

First of all the rating for this place is completely false. The ratings of all review average out to 2 stars not 4.

Move in experience was fine, when we had Michelle. She was nice and attentive and seemed to know a lot of the tenants by name. After she left every thing started to get worse. Little things became huge issues because of the lack of responsiveness from the management team. There has been 4 or 5 building managers after Michelle each worse than the last. maintenance requests take...
forever and the public spaces, especially the floors and stairwells are always dirty. There’s been times when I’ve seen the same piece of trash for days on end. Carpets and stained and smelly. the main lobby door is never locked giving anybody access to the building. What’s the point of the fob if anyone can just walk in. One of worse times was when the elevator was down for what seemed like a year. The trash valet system is also ridiculous. people put trash out at all times of the day even when it’s not the designated pick up times. Sometimes the valet comes by early in the night and people put trash out after they’ve already passed without even knowing. It’s makes the building look like an actual dump. There’s certain services we have to pay for with no option to opt out if not needed.

Poor, Poor Management

Gym air conditioning is set to unacceptable temps and fan speeds to help them save costs. Often feels like an oven with poor ventilation during peak hours. When it’s empty, you smell all the trapped air from prior because the AC hasn’t been running.

One of the elevators has been down since Thanksgiving of 2024. Ridiculous excuse as to why they are unable to fix it. Potential safety hazard during emergencies and definitely a daily detriment to those commuting to work.

Maintenance always takes...
more than one week. The building manager is required to get requests green-lit by upper management(who aren’t at premises), which slows down the process and makes emergency requests non-existent.

Callbox in front of building is a facade, people can simply walk right in. Saving grace is the wonderful security staff who work there.

Only live here if you are able to secure a top floor unit. Otherwise you’d be unhappy about neighbors too, on top of everything above.

360 Degree Noise. My Worst Decision in LA

You will hear your upstairs walk. The sounds is like floor cracking...if you happen to have a neighbor like mine who walks heavily, drop items on floor and has tense activities at midnight, you won't sleep. I'm sure your mental health will suffer. The management company will not care about resolving it but asking you to endure.

Building have mold issues

Do not move here! There is always something wrong from mold, to building smelling like marihuana, people parking in your designated parking spot, noise all the time, elevators not working and the list goes on and on.

No Guest Parking as of March 2024

1 Star review specifically goes out to the parking policy. I've been living here since March 2023. When I moved in, the apartment had plenty of guest parking. It was great. However, there is a senior home next door that the apartment had some sort of agreement with and now the guest parking have turned into their employee parking. Wish this policy was announced sooner so I wouldn't have renewed my lease.
