Sepulveda West Apartments

For the area, I think this is a fairly priced apartment. My building was built long ago so occasionally has some errors but I think that's where the star of this property comes from - incredibly quick maintenance response. Lisa and Frank are both very efficient and sweet. A good option to consider for Otis or LMU Students!

Loved living here! Lisa, the property manager, is quite honestly the best possible manager you could ask for. She is always on top of it! She’s very communicative, gives fast responses to any concerns or maintenance issues, friendly, and professional. Frank is also prompt to fix any maintenance issues and friendly! In fact, the entire staff here is amazing. Issues get addressed within the same day usually.
I was worried about the airplane noises prior to move in since it’s close to LAX, but the… double paned windows do their job. Because the apartment is around a residential neighborhood, it’s also quite peaceful and the view is nice. Street parking is generally easy to find for guests. There’s a lot of newly remodeled amenities that are well maintained and always available for use. Some other random notes are that the apartment is well insulated. I cannot say more of what an amazing experience we have had with Sepulveda West Apartments. Lisa, the property manager truly the best. From when we first viewed the complex, to moving in, to 6 months later she has made us feel so welcomed and has gone above and beyond with all of our needs. She is reliable, communicative, proactive and truly cares about the property and it shows. On top of that,
Frank and Alma who help maintain the property are so great. We have had very few fixes needed but… when we have, Lisa is immediately on it and Frank is there to fix it ASAP. I’ve lived here for about five years now and I really love this place. It’s in a great location where you can easily get to Culver City or Manhattan Beach or LAX and. Inglewood.

Lisa is a great manager very approachable and always very nice. Anytime there’s been a maintenance issue it’s usually taken care of within the day. And the recent remodel of the apartment looks great!

Overall a really good place to live I highly recommend it
