Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS)

Tenant(s) are responsible for payment of some or all utilities as outlined in the lease. For multi-tenant properties with shared (master-metered) utilities, charges may be allocated to residents using a third-party billing service and/or a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) or similar method to apportion each resident’s share based on usage and/or occupancy.
