The onsite manager and his staff are all proactive professional and friendly . You can tell the manager really cares about his tenants and workers.

Not Too Bad

I've been living here for 6 Months and over all it isn't terrible. I do wish that they worked on the loudness of neighbors past 11pm especially during weekends. And The Uninvited 6 legged guests :( cleanliness is great the building is maintained constantly and courteous reminders if and when they are going to inspect apartments. Location Is excellent if you don't drive. Very close to The Metro Red/purple lines and busses.
