ROACH MOTEL
I’ve lived here a little over 2 years (but will be moving!) and am a very clean tenant and even after spray treatments and gel bait (I’ve also tried Diatomaceous Earth and Boric Acid powder), the roaches just keep coming back. And not just one every now and then, multiple in one day some days. They’re in the walls and definitely in the pipes. It’s a shame, the building and units are beautiful and have so much charm, but it’s just not worth the nuisance.
