Clean Property, Well Cared For

The common areas are always clean, and the property is well cared for. Highly recommend. I park my car about a block away for $100 and use it only once or twice per week. It’s only a couple minute walk. There is lots of public transportation nearby but I mainly use Uber.

Easy access to Uber and parking a block away

The leasing process was smooth, and the staff made moving in easy and stress free. Ubers are super-fast pickups at this property. I park my car at a parking lot for rent a block away. If you are young and single this is a great place to be in Los Angeles.

Friendly Management And a Great Price

I was new to the Los Angeles area and don’t have a car and was looking for the best deal in town. It is an excellent apartment community with friendly management and spacious, comfortable units. Lots of great ethnic restaurants all around the area.

Super great deal on the rent, lowest in the area. Quiet and nice place to live

You can’t beat the price! Highly recommend this apartment building for anyone looking
for a clean, safe, and professionally managed place to live. Easy short walk to all kinds
of great restaurants around the building. I’m a big fan of Korean, Thai, and Chinese!

Jose is a great, friendly on-site manager – happy to live here

When you close your eyes imagine the roaring 20s! Jose and the maintenance team is prompt, and the property is always in excellent condition. I've been very happy living here. I met a bunch of friends that live here too. A mix of students and people that work in the area.
