Terrible place to live

Do not move into this place . On the outside the building looks nice . But it is a nightmare . The building has rodents , the water comes out of the tap green and spitting out sand . And the management of the building is extremely unfriendly . There are many nice places in LA . This is not one of them

Worst place to live

Moved out! Homeless people breaking into the property and defecating on the front steps and starting fires around the building. Management rents the building out to airbnb and random people were constantly coming and going . Water is no good .
