I have been at the Madison for almost 5 years and I have enjoyed every day of those five years living here. Great community of people, from eclectics to film professionals to just regular good people. Everyone is respectful, the building sits in the center of Hollywood with great amenities but the best thing about this place is the building manager and the building staff that takes care of cleaning and the trash and the odd jobs needed by tenants. I am moving over sea to another job and I will... miss this building and its great staff.

5 Years My Home
I have lived at The Madison for five years, and during that time I watched the building undergo an incredible transformation thanks to our outstanding property manager. Having lived in both New York City for 10 years and Los Angeles for the past five, I can honestly say I have never experienced a management team that provides such exceptional service.
As a young, single woman living in a major city, the sense of safety, responsiveness, and care has meant more to me than I can express. The... building is beautifully maintained and offers every amenity you could want, including a brand-new gym and EV chargers. Its location is also incredibly convenient and fun!
The Madison has truly been my home away from home, and I am immensely grateful for my time here. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Plus, the view of the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood sign is unbeatable.

Great Apartment!
I had the pleasure of staying here for almost 2 years. From the leasing manager to the maintenance team of the apartment building, the service was awesome, the relationship between a tenant and the leasing manager is A one. Thank you for allowing me to experience this apartment unit, the view I had is second to none, I hope to return back to this apartment at some point and wish for the same unit. Thank you!

One of the nicer apartments I've lived in. Has amazing views of hollywood hillside and fairly affordable despite the location. Has a very convinient laundry room downstairs and easily accessible trash chute. Garage is a bit tight, but you eventually get used to it-parking space is provided at least. Lots of entertainment nearby and places to eat.

“Great Place to Live with Excellent Management”
The Madison Apartment offers a reasonable price with a nice and responsive manager and maintenance team. Communication is always smooth, and the unit is more spacious than most other studios in the area. Other facilities are clean and well maintained, and the parking is secure and safe.
