Not worth the Price
These look nice. Went to go check them out. Very much under construction. Has parking structure but very limited so visitors will have to park far. Also they are pricey and have no ammenities. No gym, no pool, and there was a funny smell in the hallways. The apts are nice inside and have a luxury look and spacious layout plan. Smoking is completley off limits. There is a beautiful terrace but that's abiut any extra you will get here. Seems like every other complex had at least a gym, pool or... office/work space but this complex has none.

Don’t deliver on their promises
Poor response time (shower clogged and unusable when first moved in for over a week, new dishwasher was leaking and out of service for over a month), spa worked on for over a year and was still a pile of dirt when I moved out, parking situation not good, front door system often out of order, and they will keep your deposit! Stay away.

Soothing building
The rooftop is such a relaxing place to hang out and lounge with family/guests. Beautiful views as you are barbecuing as well. Love it!

Not Luxury
I'm going to tell you what I wish I knew as I signed my year lease. The unit is nice. The location is perfect. Close to the airport, close to shopping and food. Close to the freeway. The view is beautiful from the roof. But not luxury. The intercom at the main entrance is constantly out. The buzzer to the unit doesn't work constantly. The unit wasn't wired correctly for the bluetooth speakers or the wireless wifi. The one elevator doesn't work at times because it's sensitive. The 2 car tandom... parking is for one full car and one "compact" vehicle. The gated parking is problematic because many of the gates aren't automatic close, tenants forget to close OFTEN which leads to random people walking around the property sometimes. The gym is tiny; treadmill, bike and rack weight machine. The "spa" isn't done and I've been here for a year, and now it's supposed to be a jacuzzi tub... For the cost, the things that are on the brochure don't always work as they should at this "luxury apartment".
