Villa Doheny I & I is located in the beautiful Beverly Hills Adjacent neighborhood... across the street from The Four Seasons Hotel. Enjoy such amenities as Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces and a friendly efficient management staff. We are situated minutes from Beverly Hills shopping and world-renowned restaurants, Cedar Sinai Hospital and Trader Joe's! Along with walking distance to Bristol Farms & Ralphs grocery.

We lease vacant units on a 6-12 month lease term. THERE ARE NO IN-UNIT WASHER/DRYER HOOKUPS. There are 8 units per floor and a laundry room on each floor that is steps aways from the unit. Machines are large smart machines that are operated by an App.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I just moved out of the apartment because after staying there for on year, they wanted to increase my rent by 300$ a month. Also, they are refusing to give back more than half of my deposit. I left the apartment in move-in-ready condition and hired professional cleaners. Whenever you request maintenance, you have to sign a form that you will cover the cost if it is your fault. God forbid if you forget to do this they will refuse to fix things. Also, my... shower door was so flimsy and fell out of its place many times. So many times I almost got hurt by it. Do not stay here. No wonder so many units are empty...
