Villa Las Brisas Apartments

Cockroaches and mice everywhere the stairwells smell of urine because of local gang members who are homeless sleep and party in there. People smoking meth out in the open in the garage and stairwells. My house was robbed once and car was broken into and manager claimed the cameras don’t work so I had no proof. Tried to withhold my security deposit and took 6 months to finally get it back once I started the process to sue. Do not live here!

This apartment is THE WORST! The manager NEVER fixes anything. He ignores every concern of yours and is usually never home. When it rains, you better pray your room doesn’t flood because these windows suck. My room was flooded 4 times already. My sink has never been fixed, my restroom BARELY works, my floors have deep cracks and my neighbors house has been robbed 2 times due to lack of security. Gangsters are always inside of the building, the place smells horrible, the mail boxes don’t work and... sometimes the rooms fill up with the smell of weed or cigarettes because they smoke near the windows. There is never any peace. This place is basically a dumpster.
