Terrible Management
I moved in this apartment since 2009 and still live here. This place used to be managed very well by the former on-site manager, but things changed totally after the new management company took over from March 2017. There's no more on-site manager, I don't see people come over everyday to clean the public area anymore. Management company only send people over for things can't be waited to fix, such as the parking gate can not be opened. Everything else, like 2 out of 3 dryers are not working in... the laundry for months, it seems like the management doesn't care at all even the service request has been submitted to them by their fancy website as instructed. The lead property manager told us she's a big communicator but it turns out she's a big talker. There's no one thing done right in the past few months since the new management company took over. I highly recommend you DO NOT consider to rent this place unless you have a lot of money to waste.
