Poor life quality
Aside from packages stolen, your car will be opened regularly by a thief. Also not to mention the noise and smoke smell every effing day. The manager does not do anything about it. The location is good but quality of your life will go way down. Also rent fee keeps going up each year so I just bought a home. My monthly payment is same as the rent fee so why not just buy a home.

Constant package theft
Packages get stolen all the time and they refuse to do anything about it. They don't have cameras, they dont have a secure place for amazon to leave the packages, they clearly don't care at all.
