Laundry doesn’t work - packages consistently stolen and lobby broken into
This building does not take repairs or tenant requests seriously. We have a repeated problem with people breaking in the side door and stealing packages, but nothing is ever done by management to help this except more signs of “security systems” added to the doors. The laundry machines have been failing for 4 years. I have repeatedly asked for them to be fixed or replaced and they say “this is a problem with the vendor”. They raised the price of the machines again last week yet made zero repairs... . It’s $2.75 to dry one load of laundry, and this never DRYS your clothes. It’s ridiculous. I’ll likely move out soon too. 4 tenants have moved out this month. They are frantically painting the halls, elevator and stairwells - which they have neglected for 3 years - slapping lipstick on a pig to lure in new unsuspecting tenants who are unaware of these longstanding building issues.
