Villa Malibu Review
This is the perfect place to live in Malibu. You are not too far from Santa Monica but also in the heart of Malibu. There is a shopping complex just 1 minute away with a grocery store & gas and the beach is just steps away from your door! The community is very safe, and the residents are all very nice. There is a pool with cabanas as well as a hot tub that is always clean. The coffee room/business area is always nice and quiet and very close to the leasing office. The community is also right… next to Kanan Rd which will take you directly to the 101 freeway. Lots of great restaurants and little shops nearby as well. Beautiful view and environment. Living in Malibu couldn't get better.
