Do not move here

No amount of renovations will make this a good place to live. It is on a noisy street next to very active train tracks and tennis courts where people blast their music for the entire block to hear. There have been water main breaks underneath the property multiple times in the years I’ve been here, and water pressure is poor. Grounds have not been well maintained, tree trimmings from winter storms still sitting on the lawn at summer. Never enough parking so people block the driveways with their… cars. Street parking is not an option. Homeless encampments very close by mean people making a mess of the trash area and yelling at odd hours. You can get a better place elsewhere at the same price.
