Vista Apartments in Mar Visita

Vista Apartments is a nice and affordable option on the Westside. It is in a great location for commuters and close to down town Culver City and the beach. The apartment has lots of Storage space, it isnt upgraded, but it ample. The kitchen is newer also with smartly planned storage and a decent size for a apartment. The Bathroom is a bit small and not updated at all, I think that is one of the set backs in the space, plus that the sink is in your hallway. Besides that he floors are new, they… have a nice color paint on the walls and decent size Patios. You want to be on the back end of the building for a cooler more quiet space. The front side gets a lot of sun in the summer months and with no AC it gets very hot. Plus the doors and windows are older so a lot of noise comes in from the main road. Besides a few of these minor things, overall this is a great option on the westside for the costs out here. Also, Management is in the building and very helpful and responsive.

Awesome Apartment!

We love this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious and well priced for the location. There is limited traffic on this side of town and we're very close to everything we need: trader joes, whole foods, the beach, the mall, etc. The apartment has been really well taken care of and the layout is great! We weren't able to see the apartment before we moved, so we were blown away when we realized what a score we found!

Great location

My apartment is located in the most terrific area, because it is close to the beach, convenient shopping and dining areas, and in just a short drive East on Venice Blvd., takes me right into the heart of Los Angeles !

We love our apartment.

I love our apartment! The location is amazing--very central and accessible to anything you'd need: grocery stores, the mall, and even the beach! The weather is also amazing, since we're so close to the ocean this part of town stays pretty cool. The only downside to the apartment is that the floors are fake wood, which we were excited about at first, however, the apartments below can hear everything above. Other than that, we love it here.

Vista Apartments

If you want to be 10 minutes from the beach and have the most inexpensive rent available, this is the place for you! Majority of the residents are long time occupants which shows just how awesome the building is and they are super friendly. I love the neighborhood and the farmers market nearby.
