There are sky lights that keep the space bright and airy. There is an "ocean-sliver" view of the beach/ocean from the living room.

You will have no upstairs or downstairs neighbors or shared-wall neighbors -- this is an individual detached apartment on a private property (owner lives in separated front unit.) Well-behaved dog allowed with a pet deposit.

The apartment comes with a parking space in a closed tandem garage. Second garage spot could be available also.

The unit has a new and powerful mini-split AC/Heater, which covers the living area and the bedroom.

Great restaurants and nightlife less than a block away.
