Terrible move-in experience.
Terrible move-in experience. I paid over $6,000 and came for my scheduled move-in, but staff said only a manager could help and refused to meaningfully escalate the issue. When I asked if she could contact a supervisor or find any alternative solution, I was told it was “not her job.” While I was still trying to figure out what to do, she turned around, went back inside, closed the door, and told me I couldn’t wait inside.
Another employee didn’t even know where the laundry room or fitness… center was and walked me around the property for about 20 minutes without finding them.
The property also has multiple phone numbers, but nine times out of ten nobody answers, and emails are rarely answered without repeated follow-ups.
For a professionally managed apartment, the communication and basic level of service were extremely disappointingReview from Apartments.com
