Make sure to check the apartment fully before moving in since there are many things that are functional, like checking the AC, heat, and other broken things because they won't change once you move in. Management response time is between 2 months and 5 months. They never give a response in days, maybe too busy to handle these apartments. I would advise making sure everything is good in an apartment before you move in because they will not fix anything after you have already moved in.

No manager or handyman on site
There was no manager on site the last 2 months we lived there. There was no gym even when we moved in 3 years ago we where told there would be one in the next couple of months however when we moved 3 years later there was no gym. The pool is only open 3 months out of the year. And if they got mad at a tenant who messed up around the pool they closed it for 6 weeks so we all got punished like little children. Just make sure everything they promise in their web site is true. Because we did not... have a mircowave or icemaker.
