Kaiya the new property manager is an absolute GEM!!

Moving into our beautiful apartment was a smooth transition. Kaiya was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and always followed up with us to make sure our needs were met!

Thank you!

I’m so glad I chose this apartment complex! I accidentally lost my driver’s license somewhere on the property, and one of my neighbors kindly took it to the office. The manager, Chris, immediately called me, but since I wasn’t able to answer, they went and brought it to my doorstep.

Living at Valley Ridge — the best experience! The manager is always ready to help with any questions we have, and responses are always quick and sincere.

Best Place to Live in Martinez!!!

Chris is the nicest manager and makes you feel welcome from the moment you meet him. The property feels like a small town and it makes me feel safe and happy. And Luis is always on top of maintenance that proves the great communication the staff has. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else

Home Sweet Home!

My wife and I truly appreciate living at Valley Ridge Apartment Homes. The community is great and we feel at ease living here.

Chris, the community manager, and Luis, the maintenance keeper, are all very responsive and promptly respond to requests and questions.

Valley Ridge Apartment Homes is truly a great place to live and place you can call home.

I enjoy living at Valley Ridge Apartment Homes!

It has been 10 months since I decided to move to Valley Ridge. I first toured other apartments in the area, but they didn’t offer the same amenities as Valley Ridge at a reasonable rate.

My daughter loves the complex and she feels very safe here. My neighbors are great and it is quiet, which is especially good since I work from home. The room sizes are generous and I’m able to have my workspace in the back of the living room because the room is large enough to accommodate both.

The landscaping... is well maintained and the maintenance crew is here every Monday morning. The two laundry rooms are modern and I installed a phone app to use the machines. Plastic cards are also available for anyone that doesn’t want to use a phone app.

The zig-zag design of the buildings greatly reduces any sound coming from neighbors that share the same wall. The neighborhood outside of the complex is a great place to walk and there are a few parks nearby. One of my favorite aspects of the location is how close it is to the restaurants in Pleasant HIll and Concord.

Our Community Manager, Chris, is very professional, friendly, proactive and organized. The Maintenance Technician, Luis, is very responsive and prompt. I have only submitted one minor maintenance request and Luis fixed it quickly the next day. I also like the online Resident Portal, which makes scheduling payments a breeze.

Overall, I am very happy living at the Valley Ridge Apartment Homes. If you are interested in seeing for yourself, I would encourage you to schedule a tour. I know that you will be glad that you did!
