Kaiya was Amazing

I had an amazing experience with Kaiya at Valley Ridge apartments. She was informative, kind and really helpful. Id definetly work with her again. Also the community was small but pefect. Id highly recommend them to people I know are looking for a home. 5 stars!

So happy with our decision!

My family and I are so happy we moved to Valley Ridge. It was our first moving experiencing on our own and it was amazing. Kaiya is incredibly helpful and was there for everything we needed. We love the community, the quietness, and the location is great. We are so happy with our decision!

Kaiya the new property manager is an absolute GEM!!

Moving into our beautiful apartment was a smooth transition. Kaiya was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and always followed up with us to make sure our needs were met!

Thank you!

I’m so glad I chose this apartment complex! I accidentally lost my driver’s license somewhere on the property, and one of my neighbors kindly took it to the office. The manager, Chris, immediately called me, but since I wasn’t able to answer, they went and brought it to my doorstep.

Living at Valley Ridge — the best experience! The manager is always ready to help with any questions we have, and responses are always quick and sincere.

Best Place to Live in Martinez!!!

Chris is the nicest manager and makes you feel welcome from the moment you meet him. The property feels like a small town and it makes me feel safe and happy. And Luis is always on top of maintenance that proves the great communication the staff has. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else
